Main Accountabilities:

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned specialty products within the Hanoi territory.

* Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders, to educate them on Ferring products and their benefits.

* Conduct thorough customer analysis to identify needs, tailor sales approaches, and build strong, lasting customer relationships.

* Utilize digital sales tools and multi-channel marketing strategies to enhance reach and engagement with target audiences.

* Deliver consistently strong sales results, meeting and exceeding individual and team targets.

* Continuously gather and analyze market intelligence to understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.

* Manage self-performance, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

* Work collaboratively with internal teams, including marketing, medical, and sales management, to achieve shared objectives.

* Optimize sales processes and strategies to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.

* Implement customer success management principles to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the specialty market.

Required Education/Qualifications/Skills:

* Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related life science field.

* Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within a specialty area.

* Demonstrated ability to Communicate Effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Strong analytical skills, particularly in Customer Analysis and Market Intelligence.

* Excellent Customer Relationship Management and Customer Success Management skills.

* A track record of consistently delivering results and achieving sales targets.

* Proficiency in Digital Sales techniques and Multi-Channel Marketing strategies.

* Exhibits Resilience and Adaptability in challenging situations.

* Strong ability to Manage Self, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

* A solid understanding of Sales Optimization and Sales Strategy.

* Proven Selling skills with a customer-centric approach.

* Ability to Work Collaboratively within a team environment.

* Fluency in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).
