The Media Intern will primarily focus on visual content creation and support, including but not limited to:

• Photography & Videography:
  • Skillfully capture photos of school events, daily activities, student life, staff portraits, and campus facilities.
  • Shoot and edit videos, ranging from short commercial clips to comprehensive school overview videos, ensuring they align with our brand identity and messaging.
  • Accompany classes on field trips and participate in all school events to ensure comprehensive photo and video coverage.
  • Manage and organize the school's digital photo and video asset library.
• Content Creation & Editing:
  • Edit and refine photos and videos to meet marketing standards, ready for various platforms.
  • Assist in brainstorming creative concepts for visual campaigns and stories.
  • Ensure all visual content maintains brand consistency and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the SCP (Strategy, Communications & Policy) team to align visual content with ongoing campaigns and communication goals.
• Event Support:
  • Provide on-site media support for all school events, ensuring key moments are captured effectively.
  • Assist with other event execution tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Education and/or Experience

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree/diploma in Media, Communications, Film, or a related field.
• 1 year of related experience in a similar media/content creation role, preferably within an educational environment.

Skills, Capabilities & Traits

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of photography and videography (using a DSLR or high-quality smartphone). Familiarity with editing apps: CapCut is a must; Canva, Photoshop, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Traits:

• High Energy: Proactive and ready to move around the campus to find the best shots.
• Adaptability: Comfortable working around children and willing to attend field trips or weekend events when necessary.
• Language: Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Responsibility: Ability to meet deadlines for social media posting schedules.
