Job Responsibilities:

• Provide product expertise and technical support to end customer in the troubleshooting and maintenance;

• Conduct on-site customer visits for machine installation and commissioning;

• Lead and instruct training courses for end-client engineers, technicians, production workers and production managers in the operation and maintenance of LK machines; and

• Assist the sales teams as required to perform customer specific projects and provide after-sales service related activities.

• Degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Business related disciplines;

• With 2 years relevant experience working experience; especially experience in CNC or Die-casting industries.

• Stationed in Hanoi City

• Well-organized, independent, and self-motivated

• Good command in written and spoken English. Spoken Mandarin is an advantage;

• Pleasant, polite with good presentation and communication skills

• Fresh graduate are also welcomed
