MD Food Assistant (Japanese Speaking)

• Assist in searching for new suppliers and products (Food/Fresh/Dry food) as per the manager's direction.
• Handle documentation, price lists, and product specifications from suppliers.
• Communicate with vendors to follow up on samples, quotations, and contract terms.
• Coordinate with the Quality Assurance (QA) and Logistics teams to ensure product compliance and timely delivery.
• Prepare periodic market price surveys and sourcing reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sourcing Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Practical experience in food products, esp., agricultural products.
• Experience in working with Japanese partners.
• Computer skills (Excel, Word) (no experienced candidates also welcome)
