MARKETING SUPERVISOR

1. Job Objective
- The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the marketing team’s activities, ensuring the quality of each member’s work, and supporting the team in achieving KPIs assigned by management. This role does not require developing overall marketing strategies but focuses on execution, supervision, and performance optimization.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Assign, monitor, and supervise tasks of marketing team members.
- Ensure progress and quality of all assigned tasks based on approved plans.
- Oversee the execution of marketing activities (content, ads, social media, campaigns, etc.).
- Evaluate individual performance and support improvement where needed.
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure smooth marketing operations.
- Track team KPIs and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Report performance results periodically to management.
3. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably as a team leader or senior executive.
- Strong understanding of marketing channels (Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Ads, etc.).
- Strong team management, task allocation, and performance monitoring skills.
- Good communication, progress tracking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Performance-driven mindset with focus on KPIs.
- Good communication in English (required).
- Experience in clinic / aesthetic / dental / high-end spa industry is a strong advantage.
- Korean language ability is a plus.
4. Benefits
Salary: 16,000,000 – 20,000,000 VND/month (based on experience).
