1. ETC Marketing – HCP Campaign Support
Support execution of HCP campaigns for ETC products.
Prepare campaign materials, HCP lists and communication tools.
Coordinate with Sales, Medical and external agencies for campaign execution.
Track campaign progress, HCP engagement and campaign results.
2. New Channel Expansion – E-commerce (Obimin Calcium)
Support e-commerce channel expansion and campaign execution for Obimin Calcium.
Coordinate with e-commerce platforms/partners and internal teams.
Support product content, promotion, listing and campaign preparation.
Monitor sales performance, campaign results and competitor activities.
3. Product Regulatory Adaptation Support
Support Marketing in adapting product materials to regulatory changes.
Coordinate with RA/QA and relevant stakeholders to update and adjust product/marketing materials in line with regulatory requirements and changes.
Follow up registration-related timelines and required documents.
4. Marketing Administration & Payment Support
Support preparation and follow-up of marketing administrative documents, POs, contracts and payment requests.
Track invoices, payment status and marketing expenses.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, vendors and agencies.
Support budget tracking, reconciliation and marketing documentation
University student in Marketing, Pharmacy, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Able to work Full time 4-5 days/week.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Good command of Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital/e-commerce platforms is a plus.
Experience with social media, e-commerce platforms, or marketing projects is an advantage.
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good command of English, both written and spoken
