Job Summary

Own end-to-end digital marketing, brand building, and sales material execution for European markets (UK, Spain, Germany, Italy). Manage end-to-end email, website, and social media campaigns, along with the company's overall digital presence.

Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize website, social media, and email marketing performance (English & Spanish).

- Build and run end-to-end email campaigns; maintain and manage the customer database.

- Design multilingual marketing/sales collateral (English, Spanish, German, Italian) for international markets.

- Plan, budget, and fully execute international trade show participation (branding, logistics, partnerships, performance tracking).

- Manage marketing budget and allocation of promotional materials.

- Oversee promotional gift supply chain (Vietnam & Cambodia).

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in travel/DMC.

• Fluent English.

• Design experience (Adobe/Canva), email marketing platform experience (Mautic or similar), GA4.

• Trade show/event planning and execution experience is a plus.

• Self-directed, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
