Marketing Executive (Motorcycle Industry)

The jobholder is responsible for supporting the company’s marketing activities and managing the customer relationship process.

• Propose and update marketing plans, and oversee their execution from idea to delivery.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, and prepare summary reports.
• Measure and report on campaign performance.
• Register promotions and assist with relevant paperwork and documentation.
• Create, review and edit promotional and informational materials.
• Gather business insights, schedule and execute events to support business needs.
• Build content plans, write content, and collaborate with designers and videographers for visual channels.
• Support managers in planning and implementing CRM strategies.
• Manage CRM systems and customer platforms.
• Receive, record, and follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
• Create CRM campaign content.
• Conduct phone surveys.
• Handle complaints professionally with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset to strengthen customer relationships.
• Support Sales and Service teams when required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Hands-on experience with digital ads and event coordinator.
• CRM experience is an advantage.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines and good time management skills.
• Teamworking and good communication skills.
• Commercial awareness, good analytical skills.
• Detail and person oriented.
• Excellent writing skills.
