Planning & Campaign ManagementParticipate in building monthly / quarterly / annual content marketing plansExecute multi-channel campaigns: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Zalo OA, Website, Shopee, GrabTrack campaign performance, prepare periodic reports and propose timely optimisationsContent ProductionDevelop ideas and produce content suited to each platform and each audience segmentAbility to independently design basic visuals using Canva, Photoshop, or similar toolsAble to shoot and edit simple short-form videosBrief, curate, and leverage User-Generated Content (UGC) from real customers and micro-influencers to build brand trust.
Channel Operations & AdvertisingMaintain a consistent posting schedule across all platforms, ensuring brand frequency and consistency.
Support the setup and daily tracking of Affiliate Marketing programs (on TikTok Shop / Shopee) and coordinate KOC bookings.
Preferred: experience running and optimising Facebook Ads / Google Ads to grow brand awareness and revenue
