Build and strengthen a portfolio of powerful, differentiated brands, from

strategy and positioning to execution.

Lead Consumer & Market Insights, identifying emerging trends, consumer

needs and new growth opportunities.

Drive innovation, NPD and category development to create sustainable

competitive advantage.

Lead integrated marketing campaigns across TV, Digital, Social, PR,

Activation.

Partner closely with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain and Finance to translate

brand strategies into business results.

Own Marketing investment and ensure strong ROI and business impact.

Build, coach and inspire a high-performing Marketing team and future

leaders.

• 10+ years of Marketing experience, with strong leadership experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage.

• Proven track record in brand building, portfolio management, innovation, and consumer-driven growth.

• Strong strategic thinking combined with excellent execution capability.

• Commercial mindset with strong understanding of P&L, market share, and business performance.

• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

• Experience in leading large-scale teams and working in a fast-paced,

transformation-driven environment.
