We're on a lookout for a Marine Lubricant Specialist to join our trading desk — someone who can build genuine client relations, own sourcing experience, and have a relevant commercial education. If you want ownership over your own book of business from day one, this is that role.

Job Scope & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain supplier relations and a portfolio of clients.

• Expand marine lubricants oversea sales and distribution networks.

• Ensure optimal client satisfaction by building interpersonal relations and providing specialist advice for lubricant solutions.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to achieve sales growth targets.

• Support the development and optimization of lubricant supply capabilities at strategic global ports.

• Monitor market trends, client needs, and competitor activities to formulate sales strategies.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality client service and solutions.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Marine Studies or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in marine business development, preferably with the lubricant, petrochemical or manufacturing industries.

• Proven track record in sales, account management, or business development within the marine sector is an advantage.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively under pressure.

• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.

• Strong English proficiency (IELTS ≥ 6.0 or equivalent is a plus).
