Manufacturing Engineer

• Develop manufacturing processes for optical products based on company requirements.
• Research, design, modify, and test manufacturing methods to optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Check and review the design of the Mechanical Department to see if the designed product is feasible and suggest improvements.
• Validate manufacturing capabilities and implement improvements and troubleshooting solutions to ensure smooth production.
• Drive continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through automation to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost savings.
• Contribute ideas to optimize overall system performance and equipment operational reliability.
• Identifying and resolving manufacturing issues, including those related to equipment, processes, or materials. 
• Coordinating and managing manufacturing projects, including developing project schedules, risk assessments, and plans.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineer, Automation Engineer or a related field is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry (preferably in optics, precision mechanics, or automation equipment).
• Strong technical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective and clear communication, with good English skills for professional use.
