OBJECTTIVE OF THE ROLE

• Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving electrical and automation systems to ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimum downtime.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The key tasks and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

Equipment Maintenance

• Perform preventive maintenance according to maintenance schedule.

• Troubleshoot electrical, PLC and automation failures.

• Repair electrical equipment to minimize production downtime.

• Replace defective electrical and automation components.

Automation System

• Monitor PLC, HMI, Servo, Inverter (VFD), Sensors and Industrial Network systems.

• Support modification and optimization of PLC programs under engineering guidance.

• Assist in commissioning new machines and automation systems.

• Calibrate sensors and automation devices.

Electrical System

• Maintain electrical control panels.

• Inspect motors, breakers, relays, contactors and electrical wiring.

• Perform electrical safety inspections.

• Read and understand electrical drawings and control schematics.

Yêu cầu công việc

• College or bachelor’s degree is preferably in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Automation Engineering.

• Professional with MS Office and Excel high level.

• Good command of written and spoken English is prefer.

• From 1 ~ 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing is required.

• PLC (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen Bradley...)

• Servo Motor

• HMI

• Industrial Sensors

It is a great advantage for candidates who have previously worked at Smart Factory and have experience applying AI.

Preferred candidate living near the plant in Binh Duong and can be onboard immediately.
