Ensure all types of machinery and equipment are in good condition and ready to be put into production. / Đảm bảo tất cả máy móc và thiết bị luôn trong tình trạng tốt và sẵn sàng đưa vào sản xuất.
Make a schedule and carry on repairing, doing corrective, and preventive maintenance of machines which ensures the minimum downtime for production. / Lập kế hoạch và thực hiện sửa chữa, bảo trì và phòng ngừa nhằm đảm bảo thời gian ngừng máy tối thiểu cho sản xuất.
Plan & coordinate maintenance downtime with production requirements to maximize equipment availability. / Lập kế hoạch và phối hợp thời gian bảo trì với yêu cầu sản xuất để tối đa hóa mức độ sẵn sàng của thiết bị.
Maintain facilities in the first-class condition through housekeeping, 5S. / Duy trì cơ sở vật chất nhà máy trong tình trạng tốt nhất thông qua công tác vệ sinh và thực hiện 5S.
Take initiatives in modifying and fabricating machines to facilitate production needs. / Chủ động cải tiến, điều chỉnh nhằm đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất.
Make proposals to improve the machines' performance. / Đề xuất các giải pháp nâng cao hiệu suất hoạt động của máy móc.
To supervise maintenance staffs & ensure tasks are completed safely and in accordance with company regulations. Train and develop people to enrich their skills and knowledge. / Giám sát nhân viên bảo trì và đảm bảo công việc được thực hiện an toàn, đúng quy định công ty. Đào tạo và phát triển nhân sự để nâng cao kỹ năng và kiến thức.
Cooperate with relevant to conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems. / Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để thực hiện kiểm tra định kỳ cơ sở vật chất nhằm phát hiện và khắc phục sự cố.

Education: Graduated from College/University in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
Experience: From 3-5 years in a technical field, maintenance, automation, continuous improvement... preferably in FMCG.
Leadership and team management capability.
English: Intermediate communication both spoken and written.
Good with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) for paperwork and reporting.
Able to work in shift.
