M&E Site Engineer (Good English) | Salary: 30 - 80 Million VND [28626 - Ba Dinh District, Hanoi]

• Coordinate MEPF disciplines with the construction team to ensure smooth project execution.• Review and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and combined shop drawings.• Identify and resolve technical conflicts using engineering tools and software.• Ensure all works comply with Vietnamese regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.• Propose Value Engineering solutions to optimize project performance and costs.• Support Quantity Surveying (QS), construction supervision, schedule management, and quality control.• Supervise subcontractors and coordinate daily on-site activities.• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project.• Perform other tasks assigned by the Project Manager.
⏰ Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday (Working schedule may vary depending on project requirements.)

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Protection (MEPF) or related disciplines.• Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP site engineering or related fields.• Strong ability to coordinate MEP systems with construction activities.• Proficient in reading technical drawings, specifications, and combined drawings.• Solid knowledge of Vietnamese Technical Regulations (QCVN, TCVN) and international standards.• Experience in Value Engineering, Quantity Surveying (QS), construction supervision, schedule control, and quality management.• Strong communication and subcontractor management skills.• Preferred: Upper-Intermediate English and experience working for Japanese MEP or construction companies.
