[Long An] Production Supervisor

Conversion of Raw Materials to Finished Goods:
Ensures availability of raw materials, manpower and equipment during production execution.
Executes planned daily activities.
Monitors quantity of products produced and that it conforms to all documentations needed (STR-transfer FG, Transfer Order forms & etc).
Ensures that all finished products of his line conform with the standard quality:
Checks, monitors and adjusts process parameters in coordination with QA and/or R&D
Monitors accomplishment of all process monitoring forms, SOP’s, GMP’s, Sanitation and other documents to ensure prevention of contamination at all times and traceability purposes.
Performs actual raw material and finished product inspection, control equipment (e.g. weighing , metal detector, thermometers, etc) calibration/setting.
Ensures machine and equipment effectiveness and utilization:
Communicates and coordinates equipment related concerns.
Secures tools and other company property in the line.
Secures only trained-crew are allowed to operate the machine and equipment.
Establishes accountability of personnel to the proper use of the said equipment and tools
Prioritizes safety in his area, ensuring not only personnel safety, but also safety of materials, products, equipment, tools and other company properties:
Maintains the cleanliness, orderliness and safe condition of the working area.
Observes and adheres to sanitation and safety policies and procedures.
Wears prescribed personnel protective equipment and uniforms.
Reports any unsafe behavior and safety deviations observed in the line.
People retention and engagement and Compliance:
Conducts training/orientation of personnel on his line on standard operating procedures
Prepares work schedules and job assignment of personnel in his area according to the production plan
Conducts regular team/focus group meeting in his section, with emphasis on productivity, quality and safety concerns.
Cost Savings Projects/initiatives:
Identifies improvement opportunities related to productivity, yield, and process efficiency.
Leads cost-saving and waste-reduction initiatives aligned with Supply Chain goals.
Compliance:
Abides Company Policies, Rules and Regulations on Discipline, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Quality Schemes, Safety, Cash Flow, Confidentiality policy and other related Company Policies being implemented.
Yêu cầu:
Graduate of any engineering, food science, or related courses
At least one (1) year experience in similar industry
Production Line Management, Production Control, Operation expense Control, Materials and Supplies Handling, Equipment Utilization
Good communication skills, Integrity, with leadership skills, Flexible, Lead Change, Resilient and has high level of tolerance to stress
Monday to Saturday (Rotate shifts every 2 days or weekly): 6:00 – 15:00, 12:00 – 21:00, 21:00 – 6:00. Able to adjust shifts flexibly according to the production schedule
