Logistics Supervisor/ Xuất Nhập Khẩu

Import and export 

• Managing international logistics, customs compliance, and import and export documentation to ensure the timely, compliant movement of goods, coordinate with forwarders, handle customs declarations, 3’PL and optimize supply chain processes. Key duties include resolving shipment issues, managing tariffs, and reporting to management. All activities of import and export that require for all plants in Viet Nam
• Logistics Coordination: Oversee end-to-end import/export operations, including transport, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
• Compliance & Customs: Ensure strict adherence to international trade regulations, customs procedures, tariffs, and duty payments.
• Documentation Management: Review and process, or supervise the preparation of, shipping documents, LC/TT payments, and customs declarations.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the performance of import/export staff.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve shipment delays, customs disputes, and cargo discrepancies.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/monthly reports regarding shipping efficiency, costs, and compliance metrics.
• Deal with 3 PL, 4 PL for contract, freight.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in import and export, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.
• Experience: at least 5 years of experience in import/export operations
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the food industry
• Experience in machinery import procedure (creation of fixed assets...)
• Experience in Import procedures for investment projects.
• Proficient in import and export laws
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of customs regulations, HS codes, and incoterms.
• Skills: Proficiency in English, computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel), and strong communication skills.
