Logistics Staff

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and shipping operations.

• Prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.

• Communicate with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth delivery schedules.

• Track shipment status and update internal teams and customers accordingly.

• Support inventory control and warehouse coordination.

• Handle order processing and ensure accurate delivery timelines.

• Assist in resolving logistics issues, delays, or transportation problems.

• Maintain and update logistics records and reports.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures.

• Support other tasks assigned by the Logistics Supervisor or Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Female candidates only.

• Age: 22–30 years old.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Business, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. If experience working at a foreign or Japanese company in a similar role is an advantage. Graduates from UEH, FTU, UEL, or UFM are preferred.

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken. Japanese language skills are a strong advantage.

• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email communication.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Careful, responsible, polite, punctual, and able to work under pressure.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.

• Willingness to learn and develop in the logistics field.
