Logistics Specialist

Prepare all documents for import-export process such as PO, Sales contract, Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice, Customs Clearance, Insurance & Certificate of Origin, LC, etc.Liaise with customers authorities, depots and CO issuing agents.
Coordinate forwarders, express agents, trucking vendors to manage the shipments smoothly.
Manage warehouse operation to ensure comply with company's policies and requirements.
Do other tasks as manager required.

Bachelor’s degree in Import/Export, International Trade, Economics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
Have knowledge in import & export, logistics & LC payment section.
Honest, dynamic, able to withstand high work pressure, proactive and able to pay attention to details.
Immediate availability or short notice period is highly preferred.
