- Provide overall assistance in day-to-day matters such as sending and receiving emails, arranging meetings with suppliers and customers.
- Handle sales and purchase requests.
- Prepare and process complete purchase requests.
- Approach and communicate with customers to introduce company products.
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and payment terms under supervision.
- Receive and confirm orders from customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers for customer care and order follow-up.
- Track order status from confirmation to delivery.
- Monitor shipment schedules and update customers accordingly.
- Follow up delivery timelines to ensure on-time shipment.
- Collect shipping documents and ensure proper documentation.
- Arrange logistics for shipments by coordinating with forwarders and logistics partners.
- Ensure smooth delivery process and resolve shipping issues if any.
- Book courier services for samples.
- Prepare shipping documents and support pickup arrangements.
- Make sure sample deliveries are on time.
- Support logistics and shipping matters for other team members.
- Assist CEO with urgent requests and unexpected tasks.
- Support administrative tasks when required.
- Maintain organized documentation and filing system.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, English, or a related field.
- Good English communication skills, especially in email writing.
- Basic understanding of logistics and international trade is an advantage.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
