LOGISTICS OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

1. Export & Import Documentation
Prepare and manage export documents: Sales Contract, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Instruction, B/L, C/O, CQ, insurance documents and other required certificates.
Prepare and manage import documents: purchase contract, invoice, packing list, customs declaration documents, import permits and related certificates.
Handle documentation and legal requirements related to export markets
2. Logistics & Forwarder Coordination
Work directly with forwarders, shipping lines, trucking companies and other logistics partners.
Arrange booking, container loading schedule, customs clearance and delivery timeline.
Monitor ETD, ETA, shipment status and proactively update internal teams and customers.
3. Order Coordination
Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, Finance and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Track order readiness, loading schedule, payment status and shipping documents.
Ensure export-import activities are aligned with customer requirements and agreed delivery terms.
Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Customs or related fields.
2–4 years of experience in export-import operations, logistics, customs or shipping documentation.
Good knowledge of Incoterms, HS Code, customs procedures, C/O, B/L and international shipping process.
Good English communication and document handling skills.
Careful, responsible, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
