Logistics Operation Executive

• Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including trucking, air freight, and express delivery services.

• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Communicate with carriers, airlines, trucking vendors, and customers regarding shipment status.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents, invoices, and customs-related paperwork.

• Handle operational issues and provide effective solutions to ensure smooth logistics processes.

• Track shipment performance and maintain accurate operational records.

• Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to ensure service quality.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics regulations.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, transportation, or supply chain operations.

• Experience in trucking operations, air freight operations, or express logistics is preferred.

• Good command of English (both written and spoken).

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and customer-focused.
