LOGISTIC STAFF (IMPORT)

Following import orders from relevant departments to make sure import process and delivery to required factories in time.
Check follow up closely with documentation with supplier and related parties.
Working with other parties to ensure import shipment is delivered in time/ as delivery plan
Using Customs system (ECUS5) to make customs declaration for import shipment and Customs declaration report monthly.
Handle expot shipping documents with related departments to ensure the loading and export plan matched with required shipping plan and customer’s expectation.
Arrange the payment via SAP and submit the payment documents to related parties.
Collect and submit all import-export documents to related departments weekly/monthly.
In charge of sampling orders across factories.
Experience working in EPE company is preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in international trade
Language: English fluently
Computing: Microsoft office (Words/Excel/PP file), SAP systems, Customs systems
Experience in customs declaration, FTA & C/O application knowledge is preferred.
Previous experience working with Customs brokers, forwarders, transport providers and international partners preferred.
