Logistic Officer (temporary 10 months)

1. Monitor and check import documents when new batches of goods arise.
2. Prepare contracts, price finalization minutes, contract addendums, domestic purchase orders.
3. Create Purchase order on SAP system, track progress and work with suppliers.
4. Track and update domestic delivery progress.
5. Monitor and update RA, 4C, etc. certifications.
6. Update and prepare documents and reports of all suppliers for audit.
7. Prepare, declare, and submit customs declarations in compliance with relevant regulations.
8. Document storage.
- Educational background: University degree; preference will be given to candidates with experience in related fields.
- Demonstrates proficiency in all four English language skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Candidates from Long An will be given preference.
