Logistic Executive (Seafood)

Priority for logistics staffs working in Import-Export/ Logistics departments, NOT freight forwarders (Seafood)
Follow up each shipment and report to the overseas customers on regular basis by email/phone
Follow up and collect the payment from the overseas customers.
Follow up/manage the export shipment document preparation as invoice, packing list, sale contact and delivery order etc.
Contact with forwarder for freight (both air and sea) for freight booking and shipment confirmation.
Control production schedule, shipping schedule and finishing goods with the factory.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Age 26 - 34
Bachelor degree in business administration or logistics.
Knowledge of import and export documentation. (e.g., shipment & payment)
Good English skill for speaking, reading, writing, and listening.
Hard working and positive attitude. Able to stay behind and without OT payment.
Familiar with computer, experience to use on line booking/shipping program.
