Local Experience Expert, Vietnam Based

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Local Experience Expert at WOLO Travel. The role is located in Vietnam, with some work from home flexibility. The Local Experience Expert will be responsible for day-to-day operations, customer services, manage day trips booking, various administrative tasks and on the ground or e-commerce sales activities to ensure the smooth functioning of travel experiences.

• Managing the reservation and operation both online and on-ground between WOLO Global, all ground suppliers in South East Asia, WOLO Airport representative, South African clients, and WOLO Vietnam for the inbound travel business.

• Handling customer service via WhatsApp, Email, Phone Communication, and face to face.

• Working with the teams to develop products and marketing.

• Up-selling Experience products to WOLO customers.

• Dealing with suppliers and making reservation for clients.

• Managing sales, report, and tariff sheet (contract rates) for hotels and suppliers.

• Looking for opportunities on the ground branding and advertising to expand WOLO Travel brand in Vietnam with our experiences (day trips), local leaders (tour guides), van and transfer services.

• Potential to expand the role and responsibility to other parts as the business grows.
