Livestream Equipment Operation: 

• Set up and configure the complete livestream equipment system, including cameras, lighting, microphones, computers, capture cards, and other supporting tools such as Camo, OBS Studio, TikTok Live Studio, etc. before each livestream session according to the planned schedule. 
• Monitor and ensure the quality of video, audio, and Internet connection throughout the livestream to maintain stable and uninterrupted broadcasting. 
• Troubleshoot and promptly resolve technical issues that may occur before or during livestream sessions. 

Livestream Equipment & System Management: 

• Monitor the operating condition and performance of livestream equipment; propose repair, replacement, or upgrade solutions when necessary. 
• Manage and conduct regular inventory checks of all livestream equipment and assets to ensure accurate records and proper utilization. 
• Manage HDMI, SDI, LAN, power cables, and other signal connections to ensure proper, safe, and organized setup. 
• Coordinate with third-party vendors or service providers to troubleshoot and resolve Internet connectivity and technical infrastructure issues. 

Livestream Production & Cross-functional Coordination: 

• Coordinate with E-Commerce, Livestream Operations, Marketing, and other relevant departments to prepare and execute livestream sessions according to the planned schedule. 
• Provide technical support for livestream sales programs, marketing campaigns, and online brand events. 
• Proactively identify technical and operational issues and propose improvements to livestream processes, equipment, and systems to enhance the efficiency and stability of livestream operations. 
• Perform other tasks as assigned by line manager and company

• Bachelor’s/College/Intermediate degree in Information Technology, Electronics & Telecommunications, Communication Engineering, Multimedia Technology, or other related fields. 
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Livestream Technical, Livestream Technician, or similar technical role. 
• Experience in E-Commerce, TikTok Shop, or livestream selling is preferred. 
• Proficient in setting up and operating cameras, lighting systems, microphones, mixers, monitors, capture cards, and livestream computers. 
• Good understanding of HDMI, SDI, USB, audio signal systems, and LAN networks. 
• Proficient in using TikTok Live Studio, OBS Studio, and other livestream software or tools for E-Commerce platforms. 
• Proactive, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work effectively in a team. 
• Flexible working hours with the ability to support hosts outside office hours when required. 
• Willing to work according to livestream schedules, including evenings, weekends, and peak campaign periods when required.
