Legal Staff / Nhân Viên Pháp Chế

• Be responsible for the legal aspects of the company

• Participate in drafting and controlling the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the company

• Research and update the provisions of laws, decrees, circulars... related to the field of operation of the company, ensuring that all processes and procedures of the company are legal.

• Advise the board of directors on the law

• Manage documents and legal documents of the company

• Participating in legal proceedings as assigned by company leaders

• Other tasks at the request of the manager

Yêu cầu công việc

• Male/Female: Under 35 years old.

• University graduate majoring in Law

• Experience: Minimum of 02 years of experience as a Legal Staff

• Candidates with experience in the manufacturing sector or factory environments are highly preferred

• Strong knowledge of corporate, labor, and investment laws

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, …)

• Good English communication

• Other requirements: Planning, initiative, knowledge, persuasibleness, decisiveness, ability to deal with job and leadership.

• Candidates with extensive legal experience and proven leadership capabilities are encouraged to apply for the Legal Staff position
