Tuyển dụng Legal Officer tại Hồ Chí Minh

This position is a Legal Officer role within the Construction & Facility Department of the Corporate, with the objective of supporting and executing construction projects in Vietnam and other countries (e.g., Bangladesh, Cambodia, etc.).

Scope of Work:

- Drafting, conducting legal reviews, finalizing documents (currently focusing on construction activities), contract, agreements, minutes/records, and related documents.

- Providing legal advice and updates on applicable laws and regulations.

- Supporting licensing procedures, due diligence, M&A activities, and asset valuation processes.

- Assessing and reporting legal risks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

- Coordinating the review of payment dossiers prepared by the Finance & Payment Controller.

- Working with government authorities when necessary.

- Supporting the Project Manager (PM) with legal-related tasks.

- Reporting and presenting assigned matters to the company.

- Performing other duties as assigned by managers/superiors.

- Ability to perform the tasks described in the Scope of Work/Job Description above.

- Law degree and experience in a legal position (required).

- Strong sense of responsibility, eagerness to learn, and professional ethics.

- Proactive working attitude.

- English proficiency: able to communicate with foreign managers, present to stakeholders, and draft documents and contracts.

- Understanding of and experience with FIDIC contracts is preferred.

- Willingness to travel for work.

- At least 2 years of experience.
