Legal Executive - Chuyên Viên Pháp Lý

• Draft, review and revise all kinds of commercial contracts and various forms of agreements or legal documentations in both Vietnam and English.
• Act as in-house legal counsel for all departments in respect of industrial estate, real estate & property, corporate, commercial contract, joint venture, foreign investment, intellectual property, labor & employment, etc.
• Coordinate and contact with all government authorities in Vietnam and overseas to submit the application and apply for any business license and/or permission, etc.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor's in Law.
• Have experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements (especially in construction and real estate), foreign investment, procedures under law on enterprise and investment, and working well with internal departments and contractors.
• Know business law, especially the special laws such as real estate and industrial estate regulation, Land Law, Construction Law, Law on Enterprise/Investment, etc.
• Good mindset, flexible with commitment, commercial sense.
• Good English in all skills (equivalent to TOEIC 700).
• Lawyer license is preferred.

Company: Amata City Long Thanh Joint Stock Company (ACLT)

• Current Workplace: Amata Service Center, Long Binh Ward, Dong Nai City (sometimes can support work in Long Thanh office).
• Future Workplace: ACLT Industrial Park (go by company bus).
• Shuttle bus from HCMC: Nguyen Van Troi Street, near Dien Bien Phu crossroads and Thu Duc crossroads.
