Qualifications

• Bachelor’s- or Master’s Degree in Law, Lawyer Practicing Certificate or similar.

• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese law relating to corporate affairs, investments, finance, taxation, land, construction, and commercial contracts.

• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
