- Support in organizing and coordinating training programs, including internal workshops, onboarding and training sessions.
- Support preparation of training materials, logistics, and class coordination.
- Support in developing learning materials such as training slides (PowerPoint), handouts and learning guides, internal learning communication content.
- Assist in structuring content to ensure clarity, engagement, and learner-friendly experience.
- Support designing simple learning activities to enhance engagement during training sessions.
- Design simple learning materials using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools, including training slides, learning infographics/videos.
- Assist in tracking training participation and maintaining learning records.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Undergraduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications or related fields.
- Good writing and communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
- Ability to design basic materials using PowerPoint, Canva, Capcut…
- Interest in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
