Salary: up to 15 million VND + bonus + allowance + commission Responsibilities: 1/ Office Administration (30%) Handle customer inquiries Manage bookings and schedules Maintain a clean, well-organized workspace and restock supplies Support colleagues when needed Process payments and issue invoices 2/ Translation Support (20%) Assist with translation and communication between staff and customers 3/ Customer Service (50%) Shadow and support the Founder during client interactions Take care of customer needs with warmth and professionalism Provide after-sales support and follow-up services ⏰ Working hours: 46 hours/week Flexible shifts, with both in-clinic and online work when required Locations: 2nd Floor, 95 Nguyen Dinh Thi & 1-2 Floor, 96 Tran Vu, Hanoi
