LCL Sales Executive (Fresh Graduates & Junior Candidates Welcome)

• Identify and develop new customers for LCL (Less than Container Load) freight forwarding services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable shipping and logistics solutions.

• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales opportunities.

• Coordinate with Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and shipment status.

• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.

• Prepare sales reports and perform other duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Business, Foreign Trade, Economics, Maritime Studies, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding are welcome to apply.

• Passion for sales and business development.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

• Good English communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure, handle challenges effectively, and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
