Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage landscape projects from concept design to construction stage;

- Work closely with the Project Director and designers to manage and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of landscape architecture projects;

- Draw and review to ensure design standards and project deliverables are met with satisfactory quality standards at different stages;

- Responsible for client liaison and communications;

- Take Design initiatives.

- Develop design layouts for projects using CAD tools and develop primary sketches and models for final selection of designs;

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor in Landscape Architecture or Architecture;

- 1-8 years experience in Landscape Design;

- Good command of written and spoken English;

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp etc;

- BIM experience is a plus.

- Able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually;

- Great team player and flexible work attitude, and work independently;

- Responsible, hardworking and self-motivated

- Strong attention to detail and creativity;
