Lab Technician

•          Conduct in-house testing for shipment, development, and customer samples following standard procedures (AATCC, ISO, SOPs).
•          Prepare and manage test specimens and ensure accuracy of results.
•          Perform routine calibration, cleaning, and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
•          Evaluate fabric color consistency (shade) and handfeel against standards.
•          Group bulk lots by shade using visual and/or digital tools.
•          Prepare and submit accurate test reports to mills and customers.
•          Record and manage data using Excel or digital systems.
•          Collaborate with Production, QA, and R&D teams.
•          Support root cause analysis and quality improvement initiatives.
•         Maintain a safe and organized lab environment.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

•          Diploma or Bachelor’s in Textile, Chemistry, or related field.
•         0–2 years of relevant experience (fresh graduates welcomed).
•         Basic knowledge of textile testing and lab equipment.
•          Familiarity with Excel and basic data handling.
•          Basic English communication skills preferred.
