Plan, develop, and execute the quality management system for New Product Development (NPD) to ensure all new products meet quality standards and production efficiency

• NPD  Planning: Monitor and manage the NPD roadmap for new designs and product improvements.
• Process Standardization: Establish Standards for shrinkage, structure integrity, and manufacturing process. Optimize technical conditions from the early stages of development to maximize efficiency.
• Data Management & Analysis: Create and verify technical data sheets. Implement corrective actions for defects, deformations, and quality issues in order to reduce development lead time and boost productivity.
• Issues Resolution: Continuously improve product quality and functionality; provide detailed reports and root cause analysis for any arising issues.
• Technical Compliance: Take responsibility for managing models, tooling, and technical documentation in accordance with company and international standards.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee safety protocols, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives during the development phase.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Experience: Fresher or a minimum of 01 year of experience in Quality Assurance (QA/QC) or New Product Development (NPD) is an advantage.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Physical Requirements: Fit and healthy; capable of working in a factory environment.
• Age: 23 years old and above.
• Personality: Disciplined, firm, calm under pressure, and detail-oriented.
• Language: Proficient in English (Speaking and Writing).
• Knowledge & Skills:
  • Strong background in the ceramics industry (understanding of clay bodies, glazing, and firing processes) is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and technical reporting.
