- Follow the instructions of Production Manager.
- Check the drawings, model after received new orders and programming for CNC Miling and Turning machine. Make blue print as Setup sheet, Work instruction, Tool lists ...
- Finish the programs in time according to the production demand.
- Check tools and think about necessary tools for machining. Knowledge of material for machining.
- Pay attention to the stipulated parameters of the tools, cutting condition.
- Design necessary fixture, Jig for the parts, Calculation machining time for new part.
- Optimization of cutting mode and tool path to increase productivity, reduce cycle time machining.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC programming and Engineering within a precision manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAM software: Mastercam prefer, Fusion 360, CAD (Solidworks). Deep understanding of G-code, M-code (FANUC OS, OKUMA OS).
- Experience with 3axis, 4axis and 5axis (Company will training). Can setup and operation machine (Mill, Lathe ...) in urgent case.
- Strong grasp of trigonometry and geometry for calculating complex tool paths and coordinate system.
- Expert ability to read interpret blueprint using GD&T. Knowledge of tool measurement (e.g. Caliper, Micrometer, Indicator ....).
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 13485:2016 standards ...
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work independently and high sense of responsibility.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., AERO, MED, SEMI...).
- Willingness to travel for on-site operation machine or support.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
