Kỹ Sư Cơ Khí (Mechanical Engineer)

• THE ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• As a Mechanical Engineer, you will design, analyze, and continuously optimize the machinery and equipment across our industrial net production lines to ensure maximum safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Design & Optimization: Create, update, and manage technical drawings (2D/3D), assembly drawings, and machine structure diagrams. Utilize AutoCAD and SolidWorks to support machine design, layout improvements, and component upgrades.
• Troubleshoot & Maintain: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on mechanical failures across weaving and twisting machinery. Implement durable corrective actions and develop preventive maintenance (PM) schedules to minimize unplanned downtime.
• Mechanical Motion Analysis: Analyze cam mechanisms, gear trains, chain/belt drives, yarn tensioning systems, and net-pull mechanisms to optimize key performance parameters (speed, tension, cycle timing, and output quality).
• Prototype & Validation: Lead the full design cycle from concept through prototype fabrication, line trial, and production sign-off. Collaborate closely with the in-house technical team to validate new components before full-scale rollout.
• Documentation & Coordination: Maintain comprehensive engineering documentation (BOM, maintenance logs, operating manuals, inspection reports). Coordinate with external vendors, assist with equipment installation projects, and participate in cross-functional technical reviews with Thai and Chinese partner teams.

• Anti-insect & shade net looms: Qingdao Honest Machinery (Shandong, China)
• Fishing net weaving machines: Chuangtuo Machinery (Zhangjiagang, China)
• Two-for-One yarn twisting machines: Textile Machinery (Hangzhou)
• Knitting machines: Shenwang Textile Machinery (Jiangyin)

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechatronics, or a closely related technical field.
• Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial machinery design, manufacturing, or heavy maintenance. (Prior experience working with Qingdao Honest or Chuangtuo machinery is a significant advantage).
• Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and SolidWorks (3D) for technical design and drafting.
• Technical Skills: Expert ability to read and interpret complex mechanical engineering drawings (tolerances, surface symbols, sections, projections, and weld notations).
• Solid grasp of mechanical systems and kinetic principles: cam mechanisms, gear trains, chain/belt drives, and shaft systems.
• Proven experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving in a high-volume production environment.
• Soft Skills: Basic project management skills (planning, scheduling, and coordinating equipment upgrades/installations). Ability to work effectively within multicultural and cross-functional environments.
• Language: Technical English proficiency is required for reading machine manuals and technical supplier documentation. Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) or Thai is a strong plus.
