• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand Key Account customers in Hanoi and nearby provinces.
• Lead, manage, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers; directly handle negotiations and close major deals.
• Analyze market trends, competing activities, and industry developments to propose effective business strategies.
• Monitor sales performance, evaluate KPIs, and implement action plans to improve team productivity.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Marketing, Technical, Production, etc.) to ensure high-quality printing solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Review, approve, and consolidate weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports for top management.
• Manage sales budgets and revenue forecast to ensure sustainable business growth.
• Identify new business opportunities, projects, and develop contingency plans to respond to changing market conditions.

• Korean nationality (mandatory).
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 2-3 years working experience as a Sales Manager in B2B Technical environment.
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate level or above.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong team motivation and leadership skills.
• Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all levels within an organization.
