Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the KOL team (3–5 members), break down goals, and lead the team to achieve influencer partnership and GMV targets.
• Formulate influencer collaboration strategies, including creator selection standards, campaign timing/pacing, and optimizing the creator structure (high-converting creators vs. potential creators).
•  Lead the entire creator collaboration process (outreach, negotiation, sample sending, content coordination, and post-launch tracking) and resolve key issues during partnerships.
• Track campaign metrics (views, clicks, conversions, GMV, etc.), conduct post-campaign analysis, and continuously optimize campaign ROI.
• Optimize creator partnership models (CPS / Fixed Fee / Hybrid) to improve overall ROI and scaling efficiency.
• Regularly build and update the internal influencer database to facilitate recurring partnerships.

Qualifications

• College degree or above; fluent in English or Chinese (written and spoken).
• Familiar with the TikTok creator ecosystem; experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is a plus.
• Proven team management or mentoring experience (preferably led a team of 2+ people).
• Strong data analytical skills with the ability to adjust influencer strategies based on ROI.
• Strong negotiation skills to effectively control creator costs and close deals.
• Results-oriented mindset with direct accountability for GMV growth.

Preferred / Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience in Cross-border E-commerce or the Beauty industry.
• Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets (Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia).
• Track record of executing viral creator campaigns or successful case studies.
• Capability in content co-creation (scriptwriting and angle/selling point breakdown).
