Job Overview

We are looking for a part-time KOL Operations Specialist to support our influencer marketing activities in Idonesia. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy communicating with creators, coordinating campaigns, and helping brands grow through influencer collaborations.

This is a remote position with clear KPIs and performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities

- Identify and reach out to suitable KOLs according to company requirements.

- Communicate collaboration details clearly and negotiate basic terms.

- Track campaign progress and ensure timely content delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of KOL information and cooperation status.

- Support daily influencer operations as assigned by the team.

- Good English communication skills (written).

- Experience in influencer/KOL outreach is preferred but not mandatory.

- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Must be available to work fixed hours and meet daily/weekly KPIs.

Working Hours

Remote Work (Part-Time):

9:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM （UTC+8)
