1. Landscape architecture design 
   • Work on landscape projects from Concept Design to Construction Stage, ensuring design consistency and feasibility.
   • Prepare illustrative hand and/or computer presentation renderings to visualize design concepts.
   •  Control design direction and presentation strategy for projects to maintain brand identity and client expectations.
   • Create Material and Imagery Boards, Schematic Site Designs, and Planting Plans to support design decisions.
   • Conduct site surveys and select suitable materials for landscape design.
   • Analyze environmental reports on soil conditions, drainage, and energy use to inform design solutions.
2. Project Implementation and Management
   • Monitor and control project progress to ensure smooth and timely execution.
   • Maintain accurate records to document all phases of client, planner, and contractor relationships and activities.
   • Coordinate with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
   • Complete tasks assigned by the management team.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or Architecture with landscape focus).
• Expertise in Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documents, including site details, material selection, grading, and planting.
• Solid portfolio showing concept thinking, site analysis, planting ideas, and basic detailing.
• Working knowledge of grading, drainage, and hardscape/softscape coordination.
• Clear communication, organized documentation, and deadline discipline.
• Professional English for meetings, emails, and documentation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or Architecture with landscape focus) or related field
• Familiar with LEED, SITES, or local green building standards.

SKILLS & TOOLS

• Coordination with civil; hardscape/softscape detailing; irrigation concepts.
• Strong knowledge of local planting materials and familiarity with consultants, contractors, plant suppliers, and resources.
• Tool: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop and InDesign), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel), and rendering software such as Lumion or Twin Motion. Additional skills in AutoCAD, 3D modeling, SketchUp, or Revit is an advantage.
• Spec writing (materials, finishes), BOQ, RFI/submittal handling, shop-drawing review.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team or independently.
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, client communication, presentation, and conflict resolution
