Key Account Management/ PMT

- Independently manage projects from quotation, product development, and sampling according to customer requirements after receiving appropriate training.

- Coordinate with internal departments to execute orders and closely monitor progress to ensure on-time and successful delivery.

- Proactively and professionally communicate with customers, with guidance and support from the Headquarters in Germany.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, meeting quality standards while maintaining cost control.

- Develop new business opportunities with existing customers and/or identify areas for continuous improvement.

- Report directly to the Department Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing).

- Proven experience working with international customers and business partners.

- A proactive, positive, and self-motivated working attitude is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of OEM manufacturing, printing technologies, or experience in paper packaging, flexible packaging, garment, footwear, or related industries is an advantage.

- Experience in product development within the printing industry, paper packaging, or other OEM manufacturing sectors.
