Kế Toán Trưởng - Chief Accountant

1. Core Accounting Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate transaction records

- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and financial reporting

- Handle tax filings and statutory compliance (CIT, VAT, PIT) with external advisors as needed - Maintain accounting records, internal controls, and asset management

- Coordinate with banks and relevant authorities for routine financial matters

2. Business-Specific & Technical Responsibilities

- Support accounting and reporting for transactions with overseas group entities, including Singapore

- Assist with intercompany funding, loans, and capital-related transactions

- Handle accounting for import/export transactions and foreign currency payments

- Support review of tax implications related to cross-border and manufacturing transactions

- Work with external auditors and tax advisors on related matters

3. Shareholder & Management Support

- Prepare financial materials for shareholders, investors, and management

- Support due diligence, audit, and periodic reporting processes

- Assist with management and board-level financial reporting

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance

Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Working proficiency in English Preferred Qualifications (Ưu tiên)

Experience with overseas subsidiaries or intercompany transactions

Experience in manufacturing, import/export, or foreign currency transactions

Exposure to cross-border tax or complex transaction structures

Experience working with external auditors or accounting firms
