Kế Toán Trưởng

- Cash Control & Tax Compliance
- Review and approve cash receipts, payments, and advance requests in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor and reconcile tax obligations (VAT, PIT, etc.).
- Support VAT refund documentation and processes.
- Payroll & Cost Management
- Manage monthly payroll for foreign experts.
- Accurately record salary expenses, social insurance, health insurance, and trade union contributions.
- Calculate monthly and annual product costing.
- Financial Reporting & Fund Planning
- Prepare monthly Financial Statements.
- Develop weekly and annual cash flow plans; report to the Board of Directors.
- Prepare financial documentation for bank loan applications.
- Asset & System Management
- Monitor fixed assets, tools, equipment, and prepaid expenses.
- Coordinate with external auditors and accounting software provider (FAST) to ensure compliance and system efficiency.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing.
- Chief Accountant Certificate in accordance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
- Strong knowledge of Vietnamese tax laws and accounting regulations.
- Experience working with tax authorities and banks.
- Strong management, organizational, and supervisory skills.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.
