Kế Toán Tổng Hợp - General Accountant

- A. General Ledger & Financial Reporting
- Maintain the full-cycle accounting process and ensure all journal entries are accurately recorded in MISA AMIS.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and coordinate month-end/yearend closing activities.
- Manage fixed assets using the Straight-Line Depreciation Method and monitor inventory/COGS using the Weighted Average Method.
- Assist the Chief Accountant in preparing statutory financial statements (VAS/IFRS) and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet) in English.
- Prepare and review monthly/quarterly tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT) before final review by the Chief Accountant.
- B. Supervision of Accounts Payable (AP)
- Oversee the AP Accountant to ensure all supplier invoices are verified, coded, and recorded correctly.
- Review payment runs and ensure all disbursements are supported by valid documentation and approved according to company policy.
- Monitor aging payables and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers (e.g., Grant Thornton).
- C. Supervision of Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Supervise the AR Accountant in the timely issuance of invoices and recording of customer collections.
- Monitor aging receivables and coordinate with the sales team to follow up on overdue accounts.
- Perform periodic reconciliations of customer accounts to ensure data integrity between MISA.
- D. Compliance & Administration
- Organize and maintain all accounting records and supporting tax filings.
- Support internal and external audit engagements by providing necessary documentation.
- Contribute to improving in-house accounting processes as the company transitions its operations.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Mandatory proficiency in MISA AMIS.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) for reporting to foreign management.
- Strong understanding of Circular 200, VAS, IFRS, and local tax regulations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong attention to detail.
