Chúng tôi là công ty sản xuất và phân phối hàng gia dụng/điện gia dụng đa kênh (Modern Trade, B2B/HoReCa, General Trade, bán lẻ, e-commerce, CRM), đang triển khai dự án chuyển đổi số và ứng dụng AI trên quy mô toàn công ty. Phòng Kế toán là một trong những bộ phận trọng tâm của quá trình chuyển đổi này.

We are an FMCG manufacturer and multi-channel distributor (Modern Trade, B2B/HoReCa, General Trade, retail, e-commerce, CRM) currently undergoing a company-wide digital transformation and AI adoption initiative. The Accounting Department is one of the core focus areas of this transformation.

MỤC TIÊU VỊ TRÍ / POSITION OBJECTIVE

Xây dựng và vận hành hệ thống kế toán quản trị tích hợp AI, tự động hóa quy trình hạch toán – báo cáo, đóng vai trò cầu nối giữa Phòng Kế toán và dự án chuyển đổi số toàn công ty (Base AI).

Build and operate an AI-integrated management accounting system, automate bookkeeping and reporting workflows, and act as the bridge between the Accounting Department and the company-wide digital transformation project (Base AI).

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rà soát quy trình kế toán hiện tại (FAST, các kênh bán hàng, kho, sản xuất), xác định điểm nghẽn và cơ hội tự động hóa. | Review current accounting workflows (FAST, sales channels, warehouse, production) to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Thiết kế luồng tự động hóa: đối chiếu công nợ, khớp hóa đơn – phiếu xuất kho, cảnh báo sai lệch, tự động tổng hợp báo cáo quản trị (P&L theo kênh, biên lợi nhuận, dòng tiền). | Design automated workflows: receivables/payables reconciliation, invoice–delivery matching, discrepancy alerts, automated management reports (P&L by channel, margin, cash flow).
• Ứng dụng AI/công cụ tự động (Base AI, RPA, Excel/Power Query nâng cao, hoặc script) để giảm thao tác thủ công trong hạch toán và lập báo cáo. | Apply AI/automation tools (Base AI, RPA, advanced Excel/Power Query, or scripting) to reduce manual work in bookkeeping and reporting.
• Xây dựng hệ thống kiểm soát nội bộ: đối chiếu chéo giữa kế toán – bán hàng – kho, phát hiện bất thường (âm biên, chênh lệch tồn kho, hóa đơn treo). | Build internal control systems: cross-checks between accounting, sales, and warehouse; detect anomalies (negative margins, inventory discrepancies, pending invoices).
• Tham gia dự án ERP/Base AI với vai trò đầu mối nghiệp vụ kế toán, làm việc với đội kỹ thuật/agency triển khai. | Participate in the ERP/Base AI project as the accounting business lead, working with the implementation team/agency.
• Đào tạo lại quy trình cho nhân sự kế toán khi hệ thống mới đi vào vận hành. | Retrain accounting staff on new processes once the system goes live.
• Báo cáo trực tiếp cho Giám đốc/Kế toán trưởng về tiến độ chuyển đổi số của bộ phận. | Report directly to the Director/Chief Accountant on the department's digital transformation progress.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm kế toán tổng hợp/kế toán quản trị, ưu tiên ngành sản xuất/FMCG. | Minimum 3–5 years of experience in general/management accounting, preferably in manufacturing/FMCG.
• Đã từng tham gia trực tiếp một dự án triển khai ERP (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Bravo, FAST nâng cấp...) — điều kiện gần như bắt buộc. | Direct hands-on experience in an ERP implementation project (SAP, Oracle NetSuite, Odoo, Bravo, FAST upgrade, etc.) — near-mandatory requirement.
• Tư duy hệ thống, hiểu logic luồng dữ liệu kế toán – bán hàng – kho, không chỉ làm nghiệp vụ đơn thuần. | Systems thinking; understands the logic connecting accounting, sales, and warehouse data flows, not just routine bookkeeping.
• Thành thạo Excel nâng cao (Power Query, Pivot, công thức điều kiện phức tạp); biết SQL cơ bản là lợi thế lớn. | Advanced Excel proficiency (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex conditional formulas); basic SQL is a strong advantage.
• Có tìm hiểu/sử dụng công cụ AI trong công việc (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, hoặc các nền tảng automation) để tăng hiệu suất. | Practical experience using AI tools at work (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or automation platforms) to boost productivity.
• Chủ động, thích cải tiến quy trình, không ngại thay đổi cách làm cũ. | Proactive mindset, enjoys process improvement, comfortable challenging old ways of working.
• Ưu tiên ứng viên từng làm ở công ty đang/đã chuyển đổi số. | Prior experience at a company undergoing digital transformation is a plus.
