Kế Toán Phải Trả - AP Accountant

• Review, verify, and record Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely in SAP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
• Manage and reconcile AP payments, AP balances, and AP clearing transactions.
• Execute and control payment instructions through banking systems/interfaces.
• Review bank statements and reconcile with accounting records.
• Prepare and maintain payment documents and accounting files in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment and accounting documents.
• Support tax-related payments and reconciliation activities when required.
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and improving AP/accounting processes.
• Perform other accounting tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields. 
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common formulas.
• Careful, detail-oriented, and responsible at work. 
• Good communication and coordination skills. 
• Basic English communication and ability to understand accounting documents in English.
• Ability to work independently and handle deadlines under pressure.
