Social Media & Digital Content

• Design creative content for Instagram, Facebook and other digital platforms, including posts, carousels, Stories and Reels.
• Create social media visuals using a combination of authentic photography, graphic design and AI-generated content.
• Edit, retouch, crop and prepare product and lifestyle photography for digital use.
• Assist with simple product and lifestyle photography and content shoots.
• Create moodboards and visual concepts for social media campaigns and weekly content.
• Adapt creative assets into different formats and sizes for social media and digital marketing.
• Assist with basic video editing for Reels, Stories and other short-form content.
• Maintain a consistent and high-quality visual standard across all social media channels.

Brand Implementation

• Apply IPA-NIMA's new brand guidelines to social media and digital content.
• Implement approved typography, colours, graphic elements and layouts consistently.
• Develop and adapt social media templates and other branded materials.
• Ensure all visual content remains consistent with the overall IPA-NIMA brand identity.
• Support the preparation of promotional, retail and marketing materials when required.

AI & Creative Tools

• Use and experiment with AI image, video and design tools to support content creation.
• Explore new creative platforms and techniques that can improve the quality and efficiency of social media content.
• Combine AI-generated content with authentic photography and traditional graphic design where appropriate.
• Previous experience with AI tools is an advantage but is not essential. Training and guidance will be provided.

Product Design Support

• Product design will initially form a small part of this position.
• From time to time, the successful candidate may assist with:
• Simple handbag and accessory drawings in Adobe Illustrator.
• Colourways, artwork and graphic placement.
• Updating basic product drawings and technical specifications.
• Previous handbag or fashion product design experience is not required.

• Submit application in English
• Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a related creative field.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with approximately 1–2 years of experience are welcome to apply. Preferably femaie as we are in handbag industry.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
• Strong visual sense with a good understanding of composition, colour, typography and layout.
• Good eye for photography and visual storytelling.
• Genuine interest in fashion, photography, design and social media.
• Creative, curious and willing to experiment with new ideas and technologies.
• Comfortable receiving creative direction and feedback.
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple creative tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
